We have production plants throughout Europe and undertake general contracting orders. Practical knowledge gained in handling this process has allowed us to acquire the skills to legalize employment abroad. As a result, we can effectively and fully comply with the law in acquiring employees for foreign clients.

Anthea, through its recruitment processes and with the consent obtained from candidates, creates a database of individuals interested in employment. Therefore, when a client has a recruitment need, the first step is to select candidates from the existing pool based on the criteria provided by the client and meeting their requirements. Hence, when there is a demand for a new employee, Anthea can simply delegate a prepared and READY-to-work candidate to the client.
The User Employer does not bear the formal and legal obligations typically associated with employment, which are usually the responsibility of the employer. Anthea takes over these duties, handling employee documentation and cooperating with relevant institutions (Social Insurance Institution, Tax Office, Social Welfare Centers, Employment Offices, etc.).
Simultaneously, the User Employer can supervise the temporary workers assigned to them and issue instructions, adhering to the principles and regulations applicable at the User Employer, distinguishing this type of collaboration from subcontracting.
Collaborating with Anthea not only helps reduce personnel and payroll administration costs but also significantly cuts down the time our clients need to dedicate to the recruitment process, selection, and fulfillment of all employment-related obligations. As a result, they can focus more on the core tasks of the company rather than time-consuming and costly formalities.
Anthea employs temporary workers in accordance with the requirements and expectations of clients and the specifics of the work performed. Temporary workers provide services in accordance with the Act on Temporary Employment of Workers dated July 9, 2003 (with subsequent amendments), based on employment contracts concluded for any period. Anthea, as a temporary employment agency, is not subject to regulations limiting the number of fixed-term employment contracts.
A monthly invoice from the agency replaces all formalities, and the costs of temporary workers are treated as external service costs. Additionally, from a cost perspective, the labor productivity ratio in relation to the number of full-time positions in the company changes favorably, impacting the internal cost structure of the enterprise.
